Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Get deposits back from cheer club/co.

A local All Star (for profit)

Cheerleading Assoc (not sure if Inc.,

LLC or other), is claiming that

parents are not entitled to their

travel deposits for a FL trip. The

deposits to the competition have not

been made to the FL company (this

has been verified by phone), and

even if they were that they are

refundable to any Cheerleading org.

up until Jan 15th. A group of parents

are involved and we think they used

the money for their own personal use

and therefore don't have it to refund.

The issue of the $ being non-

refundable came up only after our

daughters quit because of the

unprofessionalism of the

organization. Each of us is out about

$300-$2000. What is the best way

to try to get reimbursed?
