gettting someone out of your home
A close friend lives with me, and I no longer want to live with her.What options do I have now, and does she have a legal right to not leave the home? we do not have an written agreement regard living arrangements.

If you are the owner, it does not matter whatever arrangement you have. You have a right to have her move out. If she won't leave right away, give us a call, we'll do it via civil action.
