Judgement

If I was to have a Judgement on my record for a certain sum of money, does this judgement gain interest over a certain period of time, if I do not pay it right away? And if so, who should I call to find out if it does gain this interest?

Ah! An easy question.

Under the Pennsylvania statute, a judgment earns interest at the "legal rate," which is 6%. It's simple interest, not compounded.

yes. IT is called pst judgment interest. You can find the amount in the court rules. Call the clerks office, they may tell you.
