Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

a male friend moved in with a girl, it started as a friendship, months later it turned into something more. at christmas she bought a motorcycle put it in her name as a gift for him since his credit was bad, he makes the payments every month. now that he wants to leave and move on, she holds the bike as collateral against him.He wants to keep the bike as he has put alot of money into it but because its in her name she will not let him leave with the bike, even though she can not ride the bike and has no use for it, she said she will let it get repo before he gets it. Is there anything legally he can do to keep this bike?

He may be able to take it to court and request an involuntary transfer of title but it is probably cost prohibitive.
