Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Release of Liability

My mother recently passed away. Her estate includes two woodland properties in Pennsylvania. The estate has not been probated yet. Another party has contacted me and wishes to cut firewood on one of the properties. Is there a form available that would release the estate of any liability in case this man has an accident while cutting wood on the property?

Re: Release of Liability

Yes. You can probably obtain a release form at Staples r Office Depot. Just be careful if you are doing this yourself. ALso, the only poerson swho has the right to grant this request is the adminstor/administratrix or executor/executrix. Otherwise, the estae has not\ formal reresentative to make this deal.
