Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Wedding Contract

Hi I signed a wedding contract saying that I would pay for the reception and ceremony to both be at one location. We made all the payments as they were specified and on the day they were due and now two days before my wedding they are telling me I owe them $235 because they made a mistake on the invoice. Do I have to pay them this money even though I have the invoice marked paid and Final?

Re: Wedding Contract

As a legal question this is interesting. As a practical matter, though, they have not yet performed their part of the contract and the difference is small, so you would be wise to make the payment.
