Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

sexual harrasment & retaliation

I am a gay male employee. I have been harrassed verbally and physically touched. I made complaints and the general mamager was terminated. I am still being harassed and my job is in jeopardy. I have been written up and suspended for things that both female and hetereosexual employees have done without the same punishment. I feel as though i am being held to different policies and that my job is in jeopardy. I have not done nothing wrong. I followed the proper complaint procedure all the way to the main office. The company seems to tolerate this behavior and i can prove it has been going on for 5 years and they have failed to remedy the hostile working enviroment. I would appreciate your help with this matter i will not tolerate my rights to be destroyed. Thanks

The statute of limitations for the type of descrimination case that would be applicable is 180 days. Your rights under federal, state and municiple law may well haave been violated. I strongly recommend you speak with an attorney to discuss the matter in greater detail. I offer free consultaions.
