Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

my employer refuses to pay me for work i have done, when time goes in he take it upon him self to take out the time that was put in. say you worked overtime, he decides to take it, is there a law against this? he does this to a lot of the workers, we all have to really, put up a figth to get our pay. we have to threaten to go to the big bosses, that's over him. please help i really need some answers legal ones.

There are a number of laws that cover the actions you describe. Federal law regulates overtime. The delting of hours may violate the PA Wage Payment act.
