wages withheld

my x-employer willnot give me my last weeks wages,she says i owe her for education expenses. but there was no money spent on the education because we used earned salon points. she desided to charge me for hotel accomodations for which she chose. when i asked for my check stub. i was told that the employer called my and a co-workers weeks wages in as zero. like we didn't work, she paid herself under the table with our last pay. Nothing was turned in to taxes that we worked. and we do have proof. what can we do about this, HELP!!!

Yours is actually a very simple problem.

Generally you need to complain to the Department of Labor and Industry and they will get your pay for you. You are correct that it is unlawful for an employer to withhold wages from an employer without prior specific, written, consent.
