Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I agreed along with four friends to get a seasonal rental at the jersey shore(landlord and some of the tenants live in pa and some tenants live in nj). I lived in the same house with the same people last year. This year we all sent our money for the first payment to one of the members of the house so he could send a check to the landlord for this years rent. After this first payment was sent to the landlord, ( lease is in one roomate's name only) this one roomate decided he is going to not allow me to be a share in the house and he is going to let someone else have my spot. I do not want my money back, I only want the deal to be continued as set forth when we agreed and I sent him a check. What options do I have?

Gee, you want to share a home with someone who doesn't want you around.

OK, you could sue for specific performance, that is live up to the contract. Not an easy remedy to get though it might be possible if the place you're renting is unique. More likely the court will order him to give your money back.
