Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I have to break my lease. I got a new job that is an hour away. I already paid August rent and gave a month's notice. My landlord is charging me my last month's rent and my security deposit. They are also saying I need to pay rent for the rest of my lease term which is 7 months or till they rent to someone, something I really can't afford. Technically they have already been paid triple with my fines and me paying rent this month. It also equals 9 months rent for 7 months left in my contract. Is there anything I can do here? I really can't afford to pay this?

Your landlord can't "charge" you the security deposit. Nor can he use it to pay rent even if you ask him to. You are still on the hook for the rent until ether your lease is over or he rents it to someone else.
