Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Can I be evicted from my apartment building because of an alleged picture of me doing illegal activities in my car, supposedly in front of my apartment building? The property manager claims that she has a picture of me, which I know for a fact is a lie, and she won't show it to me, can she legally evict me over a picture, especially if she won't provide this"evidence"? I think she wants me to leave and she's just trying to scare me out

Well if she wants to use it against you she's going to have to show it to you and the judge. Of course than the issue of how she got this picture comes in. The other issues of can the who and what of the picture come into play.

The fact that she won't show you leads me to think she's bluffing.
