can a landlord post an eviction notice outside a tenants home on bright construction paper for everyone to read when they go by

Re: eviction notice

The notice nail to the door should be a notice to quit. An eviction notice requires a trip to the DJ.

Generally there is no requirement or restriction on the type and color of paper used.
