Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Lanlord-Tenant dispute

My Lanlord is trying to charge me for his property insurance, for his past legal fees and he charges all tenants the same for water. What legal rights do I have, how can I fight these outrageous and unfair charges? Please help!

Re: Lanlord-Tenant dispute

The first question is whether you have a written lease? If so, you can argue your rights from it. I can't tell you what your rights are without reading the lease. With no lease, you have fewer rights, and it may be harder. If you have a legal basis for your complaints, I would suggest complaining to your landlord, and if he is not cooperative, then you will most likely have to commence a lawsuit in court.
