Son's girlfriend living with me

The lease and all utilities are in my name. My son's girlfriend has moved in with us and only pays some rent sometimes. She is causing all kind of problems. I want her out. What are the legalities of putting her out? She said I can't because she has an address at my home. But everything is in my name.

The safest and surest method is to proceed through eviction. A lawyer can help you follow the proper rules. If she is just living with you, and you have no formal arrangement with her about paying rent, etc., then you can just ask her to leave. It's YOUR property. If, however, you have some sort of agreement with her, it may be more complicated. You should consult an attorney and disclose all of the facts to him/her in order to get complete advice.
