Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Terms of Lease Agreement

In my personal copy of this lease agreement, I took notice that it was never signed by the owner. The owner that is now suing me for backing out of this particular lease. So, I was wondering if this could help benefit me in my defense?

Not if you signed it - he is seeking to enforce it against you, all he needs is your signature. You may have other defenses though.
