Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

need to know what the laws are

i need advice on what to do about the nerosurgery dept. they lost there head surgen and he is /was my doc. and now they wont let me see another doc. because there not there for more than 2 moths.now im in limbo with no doctor...the doctor did a fushion on my L4,L5.im haveing problems now.i fall and cant feel my leg all the time.

you need to see a doctor asap. Those signs can be symptoms of a real problem. I need to know if your question is about wuing the doctor or finding a doctor. I cant help you find one, you should call the Hospital Legal dept and ask where your doc went, and then ask him for a referral to a new neuro.
