Golf Ball Damage to Car Liability

Possibility my golf ball was the one that damaged Lexus windshield. Verbally indicated I would take the responsibility for the windshield repair. If I make a payment for windshield repair am I now admitting guilt for the act should some other lawsuit arise. i.e. personal injury?

The payment for the windshield may not indicate guilt, but what you said might. You should get an attorney to help you negotiate with the other party and get a release of liability in exchange for the payment. What sort of personal injury is involved?
