If the parking lot was not properly cleared and maintained, you may have an action against the owner of the property. You should also see your family doctor for a follow up as other problems may arise. Please contact me if you would like to discuss. I have multiple office locations.

you may have two causes of action. First, you may be entitled to workers compensation benefits. Second, the owner, operater and maint. company of the lot, maybe liable to you for the hazard. Get a lawyer to help you.

Re: can you help me

Dear Ma'am/Sir:

You may very well have a claim against the entity responsible for clearing the ice/snow. In addition, you may have a viable work. comp. claim as well.

It's a good thing that you got a CT scan, but as I'm sure you know, there may be other injuries that have yet to be diagnosed (especially since you are in pain).

I have been practicing this type of law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and now Florida for ten years.

Feel free to call me at 2158509400 or email me at the address below if you'd like to disucss your legal options.

I wish you the best of luck.

Len
