Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

In 2007 paid $2500 down on a vacant lot next to me. We made up a contract for the lot, we all three signed it, with me owing $2500 later. No set date was put down when I was to pay the other half. Instead of them returning my $2500, or sending a letter to ask about the other half, they moved a single wide home on the lot , and kept my money. How do I get my $2500 back?
