I go to a bording school and live in a house with 12 other teenagers. My roommates and my wallet both went missing and we dont know who did it. If we found out who did it could we and how would we press charges?

First of all, I'd suggest reporting it to your school. The school has ways of making kids talk, and it does *not* guarantee a suspect any of the rights otherwise afforded by the U.S. Constitution!

If things don't get resolved that way, and you still want to press charges against a discovered thief, just call the local police department and file a report. That's it.

Best of luck to you -- hope you find the culprit(s) and get your wallets back!
