Builder not completing construction
Our Builder has been building our home for 18 months. We cannot get a straight answer from him about when it will be done. He has talked the bank into giving him almost all the money in the construction loan, so we do not have enough money to hire another builder. What can we do to insure that the job gets complete or get the builder to give us the money back to hire another builder.
