Re: forclosure

No one can sell your possessions without first getting a court order and serving you with a copy of the court order.

The holder of a mortgage cannot exercise any self-help remedies against you, but must go through a foreclosure action to get legal ownership of your property, and then, in order to force you to leave the property, must go through a court action called "ejectment". Until a court issues an order ejecting you or requiring you to leave, you have the right to stay in the property.

Call the police if anyone tries to enter your house or to take or sell your propety.
