Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

hit and run damage to our property

A woman hit and destroyed a tree, bush, grass and fence in my front yard. Left her car w/a rope tied to the bumper in our yard. 50 yards to the right and she would've been in our 4 year old's bedroom. He is traumatized by the situation. What rights do we have aside from an insurance settlement? Can we sue her for punitive damages? Thank you.

If you have already settled with the insurance company, probably none. They would ordinarily require you to sign a release. If not, your property isurance carrier may be a good place to start, otherwise look for a contingency fee, persoanl injury lawyer in your area.
