Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Landlord Tenant

My husband and I purchased an apartment building almost one year ago with many tenants who had been there for over ten years. One of these tenants has moved in a women (apparently homeless) that he and his wife know. What recourse do we have in getting this person out of our building. She has been their for five days. The building holds six apartments that share two bathroom/shower spaces. All utitities are included in the rent. This is why we are displeased with this current unwanted occupent. She has made no attempt at paying any monies to us or the people she stays with. Can we just tell her to get out without having to go to the local magistrate for a legal eviction? or do we need to do this at all?

Re: Landlord Tenant

You may ask her to leave and consult with the local magistrates office for a legal eviction if she declines your request.
