Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Who is legally responsible for property damage occurring from an overhanging tree limb that fell onto the neighbor's property? The tree is located on my property (grew from the wild) with the tree limb hanging over neighbor's property.

Your neighbor is responsible unless she/he notified you that your tree was sick or damaged. Otherwise, you are are not responsible for damage caused by your tree. Of course, that's the legal answer. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't help pay for the damage. You have to live next to this person. You might as well keep the relationship positive. Good luck.
