what is the process for removing my deceased wife name from the home deed in pa bedford co. and adding new spouse name to deed thx

If you and your spouse are on the deed and were married at the time - you probably held title as tenants by the entirety meaning that the surviving spouse owns the entire property. You should have a real estate attorney review the chain of title in Bedford County and check whether there is anything that needs to be done as far as administering the estate of the deceased wife.You would need to have a new deed drafted and recorded in order to convey property to a new spouse.
