Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

sellers disclosure act

I signed a sale of agreement, then had an inspection which went terribly. I sent a termination of sale agreement form in the appropriate time. The seller kept my deposit for breach of contract. He never provided me with a sellers disclosure form. Is the sale of agreement still binding with no sellers disclosure? This was a for sale by owner property using a standard sale of agreement contract.

Re: sellers disclosure act

The original contract must be reviewed before any advice could be given. If you had the option to terminate upon inspection, you are entitled to a return of your down money. I suggest you seek the advice of an attorney. Gerald Hershenson Esq.
