speed bump
we are first on a private property access driveway, with four home owners after ours. one section of the driveway is within our property lines. can i build a speed bump to deter speeders on my section of the lane.

Without looking at specific paperwork concerning the driveway, my first impression is no. All owners are probably granted an easement privelege which would prohibit you from building a speed bump where you want to build one.
