Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

do I have recourse

For a period of time I was approached by a co worker, culminating in his touching me and then saying excuse me. Since then, I have been informed that many years ago he was dismissed for the same thing - but with students. Since that incident, I have been avoiding the office when he is there - and now am being targeted for dismissal.

Did you ever complain to management? The most important thing is to complain to management. Once you have done that, you have paved the way to file a complaint with the EEOC, and they will investigate, resolve the problem, and work with your attorney to get your recovery.
