My grandmother died. She had 8 kids 1 died before she did,she (grandmom) did not change her will. What i want to know is my aunt who died before grandmom, has a daughter. Is my cousin entitled to my aunts share? My uncle who was named owner of the house, says he will not give her my aunts share.I think this is very unfair of him.Thank you!
