Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I was injured at work and received a serious concussion which has lead to having post concussive syndrome. This has meant a lot of missed work, though it has been broken up by a day back to work here and there. What kind of workers compensation do I qualify for for my missed time at work?

If you miss 1 week or less (5 work days- doesn't have to be consecutive), no WC wages paid, just medical bills. If you miss between 5 & 10 work days, you get paid for those days. If you miss more than 10 work days, you get paid back from day 1. In other words, there is a 1 week (5 work days) waiting period unless you miss more than 2 weeks (10 work days). Hope that helps. Good luck!
