Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

payment

I've been told five different things about being paid for time off, due to a work-related injury. How long due you have to be off from work before workman's comp will pay? Is it one week, two weeks, two days? I'm only going to be off ( as of right now ) for four days. Will I get paid for these days?

Re: payment

If you're off 5 days or less you get no lost wages. If you're off 6 to 10 days you get paid as of the 6th day (5 day waiting period). If you're off more than 10 days you get paid from day 1 (no waiting period). You always get you're medical bills paid even if you lose no time from work. Good luck!!
