Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

rx approval

I had my prescription changed because there is a shortage of the strength I usually take, 15mg from 30mg, pharmacy is waitting for adjuster to approval. How long can they leagally keep me waiting?I settled my case in 2003, but still have ongoing medical. The rx has been approved in the past for 30mg.

Send your adjuster at the Carrier a copy of your pharmacy bill or whatever print-out the registered pharmacist shall have provided. Use certified mail. Count 30 days, then take all the documents to your local Workers' Comp Claimants' Counsel. She will file Review Medical and Penalty Petitions under Sections 306.f.1, 435 and 440.
