Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
Worker's Compensation question
If a employee falls and injuries him/her self coming or going into the workplace will this apply to a worker's compensation? I am doing research for a college class that I am taking. Thank you.

There is an ENORMOUS body of case law on the "cominn and going" rules which speaks to the question. It depends on many factors, including whether the injury occurred on the employer's premises.
I hate to sound snide, but asking for free legal advice on the internet is not research. Going to the library, finding Pa. Statute Title 77, and following the index at the back of that book is what you need to do.
