Hi sir, in regards with what i had asked regrading number of days/ months to be given to lessee to vacate the apartment due to failure to pay rental fee for 2 months.. You asswered me, 5 days from the date we received the notice.. Is there also way for us to request for atleast 2 months to locate new apartment and cash as well... we are very broke this day.. we cant afford to transfer that fast.. Thank you sir for the immediate reply,.

You can always negotiate this with the lessor.
