Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

child petition

I have 3 kids in the Philippines (out of wedlock) and have filed petition for them. They currently live with their biological father and from the way things are going he will not voluntarily give up the kids. The kids' ages are 10, 9, and 7. What are my chances of having full custody with the kids. I left the kids 6 yrs ago but every year I come home to visit them and I give them financial support.

Re: child petition

You would need to address the issue before a family law court in the Philipines.

Re: child petition

You have to file a petition for habeas corpus to obtain the immediate custody. However, in the said petition the issue on custody will also be resolved. But you have to be here in the Philippines.
