I'm a mom with 2 kids my exhusband is staying in riyahd for almost 5-6 years now and we were married on oct 9, 1999. The only support for the kids that we recieved everymonth is thru his parents. A 5-6 years ago he told us (me, my family and his family) that he had an accident in riyahd that cause him to be out of reach fr about 3 months and he have to pay for a very large amount of money to pay the damage. And after a few months i've heard from some people who goes to riyahd that they saw my husband in riyadh with another woman. I confirmed everything now from him that he is now a muslim, married to another woman, they now have a child and the money that what we thought was a payment for the damage was actually for the dowry and wedding that held in riyahd. I told him regarding the children and he blame me for teaching the children to dislike him. he never called or even write to us for the past 6 years and the only time we will have a communication is when i ask for the support for the children since both of them are now goin to school. but for the past 2 years his only sending 5,000 pesos for the kids (as what his mother is telling me) and now he really told me that i should be thankfull coz he still send money for them even th

If you want to compel your husband to give support you have to file a case for violation of RA 9262. Surely, he will be surprised if he is already here in the Philippines.
