On Concubinage

Hi. I am separated from my wife for 4 years (no annulment yet). I am with someone now and we are about to have a baby this August.

I am planning to have my surname be carried by my child. Will the birth certificate of my child can ve used as an evidence for concubinage?

it is actually the best evidence. the best evidence, of the highest order. there can be no other competent evidence to convict you of concubinage other than the birth certificate.
