moving a child out of state?

Where do I find the actual law which deetails the specifics of being able to move a minor child out of the state (RI)?

The statute itself is M.G.L. c. 208, s. 30. The case law, however, provides the real explanation. You would do best to consult a lawyer. Otherwise, you may wish to find a library that has the Mass. Practice Series, or the MCLE Family law materials.
