re: unautherized atm withdrawals

please help me!my roommate & i are both disabled,receiving benefits.my atm card & his visa checking card where stolen.we did not know this person AKA:life but we new 1 of the 18 yr boys.he used to cut our grass.once we realized we called our different banks to report stolen,were told to file a police report.we did.later i was arrested descrpt. of offnse: 16-17-0722 (b) filing a false police report - felony ! the boys said we gave them to them.for the purchase of ''pot''. we are outraged!we soon found out that has been convicted in the past for the same crime! we truly do need your help in this matter my court date on 01/29/07 please help!
