House/divorce

House bought in husbands name when we were married can my name be added to deed what rights does that give me with house?

From the family law (divorce) perspective, you have basically the same rights whether your name is on the Deed or not. If it's titled solely in his name, it can still be a marital asset and allocated as such. Of course, you are somewhat safer with your name being on it, as he could not transfer it without your knowledge if it is.
