Seoupenas

Is there any way to seoupena someone to appear in court without an attorney doing the work. Can a unrepresented civilian do it himself without legal representation. Is there anyway!!!!

Anyone can represent himself/herself in Family Court in SC. However, it is generally not a good idea, and there are many serious problems which can arise from attempting to do so.
