Legal Question in Civil Litigation in South Carolina
I had to place a stop on a rent check it was for $165, the landlord wanted us out the same week I wrote the check , rent was paid weekly, He wouldn't fix anything he promised and we all agreed to move before tempers were lost , now I have to pay double the amount of the check or go to jail
