Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in South Carolina

Overdosed with Abuterole Inhailent

I was sent by my doctor to the hospital for some breathing tests after having pneumonia back in November. During the testing, it should I wasn't getting enough air into my lungs so the respitory therapist gave me not one but 4 hits of abuterole inhailent. I stated having chest pains, my heart rate sky rocketed, my blood pressure went to over 220/170. I became very dizzy was light headed. I was taken to the emergency room, put on a heart monitor, given a nitro tablet and an asprin. I had had a very minor heart attack back in Dec of 05. After being in the emergency room for 7 hours, I was admitted to CCU on a heart monitor over night. This whole insadent left me very nervouse now about having any type of treatment at the hospital. DO I have a case?
