Legal Question in Family Law in South Dakota

Protection order

Hello, I have a anti-stalking protection order against my ex. On Friday I wittnessed my ex's nephew beating up a child. I yelled at him to stop and told him that people go to jail for that and instructed this child to go home and inform his parents of what had happened. Today I was served with a court date for a protection order that was NOT granted filled with lies... is there any legal action that I can take?

Re: Protection order

Write out the time line for the judge so you can tell him what happened briefly and to the point. Chances are he'll see it for what it is.
