If you file chapter 7 and you have joint credit card accounts with a relative but not your spouse will the debt be discharged and will it show on their credit report.

Your liability on the debt will be discharged, but not the co-debtor's liability. The bankruptcy will not be listed on the relative's credit report per se, but there may be reference to a co-debtor's bankruptcy with respect to those accounts.
