Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Tennessee
Civil Liberties Violation
The Principal at a Metro Nashville Public School (Julia Green Elementary School)
violated the civil liberties of our 9 yr old daughter forcing us to pull her out of
her public school and place her in a private school. I can provide more info on
this, but that issue is not disputed. The question I have is whether we can sue
the Principal or Metro Nashville Public School for the cost of the private school?
Thank you
