my ex boyfriend put his name on my sons birth certificate at the time we were together and thought that my son was his and found out that he is not my son biological father how can i have his name removed from the birthcertificate his real father wants his name on the birth certificate but the ex dosent want to remove his name wat can i do

You have asked a very complicated question, similar to one I am presently litigating in Hamilton County. Essentially, it is your child's birth father who must take the initiative to get his name on the birth certificate. There is little you can do.
