It is higly suggested that you draft specific conditions of sales for your international transactions and distinguish sales to distributors or resellers on the one hand and sales to consumers on the other hand. You could refer to standard forms or contracts depending on your specific trading. You might also consider provisions of the Vienna Convention (Convention on International Sales of Goods) for sales to resellers or to professionnals. Please note that there are public policy rules that might be applicable in certain countries and it would be consequently recommended to take specific advise for each country in which you intend to trade. We have international experience over 30 years and admitted also in ERurope. There is no form you can use, you must consult an attorney to take care of your situation and needs, including but not limited to letters of credit.This is a far reaching complex legal field.
